We believe that great quality is the result of commitment and participation by every project team member from builder to owner and from subcontractors and designers.
Our team excels in a unique range of projects. Founded on the belief that customers deserve the best, we continuously seek to refine our quality control standards through implementation procedures, technology and communication. On every type of project, Verity Enterprises brings to you an outstanding level of professionalism, safety and quality.
We believe quality is a continuous process requiring the commitment of all project team members, and that it is planned and built into a project. Our team tracks quality issues, utilizes inspection checklists, monitors safety and tracks equipment installation status as it relates to commissioning.
The process is streamlined, efficient and effective — allowing issues to be identified in advance and resolved before problems occur.
Verity Enterprises places a high value on the safety and well being of our employees, our subcontractors and the public. Our philosophy shapes a unique safety culture that impacts how we manage it throughout the company. We believe that safety begins with planning in preconstruction and every project teams completes a project specific Hazard Analysis during this phase with the goal of proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they materialize.
Our safety program is managed by a full-time, Safety Professional, who reports directly to senior management and oversees safety training, jobsite inspections, and other key components of our corporate safety program. On our jobsites, the project managers and superintendents are responsible for safety compliance and successful implementation of our safety policies which include: 100% fall protection for work performed above 6 feet, standard personal protective equipment including eye protection, and regular jobsite safety meetings.
Senior management at Verity Enterprises regularly reviews safety performance data from each project. Verity Enterprises has a safety incentive/bonus program for employees and supervisors who adhere to guidelines and prevent accidents from occurring.
The success of the program can be measured by its results, which include total incident rates below industry averages over the past years and, more importantly, Plant employees returning home safely to their families at the end of each day.
